  • Polished – A detailed design with layouts, finish selections, and realistic visuals—ideal if you’re ready to take the next step and consider layout changes.
  • Personalized – A fully custom experience including custom carpentry tailored to your unique style, specific needs, and budget.

Our packages are the result of years of experience and constant refinement. They’re designed to give you peace of mind by balancing style, budget, and needs—ensuring a smooth, stress-free renovation process for your kitchen or bathroom transformation.

Step 2

In this phase, we turn your ideas into the foundation of your future space. You’ll start by completing a simple but powerful questionnaire, where you’ll share your style preferences, lifestyle needs, and budget expectations. We also use notes from your first session with our design consultant to ensure we fully understand your goals.

From there we get to work:

  • First revision: You’ll receive an initial layout that outlines the flow and core structure of your new kitchen or bathroom.
  • Second revision: We bring your space to life with a 3D model so you can visualize the transformation clearly.
  • Third & fourth revisions: These include realistic renderings, a proposed project schedule, and detailed customizations like cabinetry, finishes, and furniture design.

This step is all about collaboration—refining every detail until the design truly feels like you.

This is where your vision becomes reality. We follow the detailed schedule developed in the design phase and coordinate every aspect of construction—from demolition to final touches—with precision and care. Our entire team is aligned and ready to execute your plan with craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Throughout the transformation, you’ll receive daily logs that include photos, work summaries, time updates, and quality checkpoints. This transparent communication keeps you fully informed, whether you’re onsite or away, so you always know what’s happening in your home.

At the end of your project, we deliver a Comprehensive Project Timelapse Report—a professional document that includes:

Behind-the-walls documentation that shows what’s beneath the surface

Step-by-step photo documentation of the entire process

Final moodboard, layout, and material selections

All financial and payment records

Comments and notes from each phase
